Shipping & Return Policy

• Orders will normally be dispatched within 2 business days after customer purchase. We will send an e-mail to the customer once the order has been fulfilled and dispatched after 24 hours of the order fulfillment.

• Estimated delivery time* following dispatch of order:

- Domestic Standard Shipping: 2 - 4 business days.

- Domestic Express Shipping: 2 business days

*These estimates of shipping time are based on the assumption of there are no delays at customs and delivery is not to a remote location. For deliveries to remote locations, please note that this may take additional time.

• We have a 30-day 100% satisfaction guaranteed return policy. Simply return your unused item(s) in its original packaging and we will refund the total amount of the product(s) you purchased.

• All products are warranted to be replaced for defects. Please reach out to our Customer Service team if you request a replacement. Please specify your name. address. order number and a detailed description of the issue. and write "reclaim of purchase" as the subject of the email

*Note that repair/replacements will be charged in the following cases. even during the warranty term.

• Products may be replaced with substitutes if the originals are not available. 

•  If you wish to cancel or change your order before payment, please write to us at support@resinfans.com. If your order has been paid, we are unfortunately unable to cancel or change your order.

•  If your package is lost in transit, please write to us right away at support@resinfans.com and we will try our best to solve the issue. Please note that we shall not be responsible for any lost or stolen items once the items are declared 'Delivered' by the delivery service.
